Sponsored by the college, the lecture is free and open to the public.p. Pepper served as the ninth chairman of the board and CEO of Proctor and Gamble from July 1995 through September 1999. He continues to serve as chairman of the executive committee of the board. Pepper was graduated from Yale University and holds honorary doctoral degrees from Xavier University, Mount St. Joseph College and St. Petersburg University.p.
