The intensive 10-day program, which began June 22 and continues through July 1, is designed to strengthen the peacebuilding skills of the CRS workers, who are involved in humanitarian projects in various war-torn regions of the world. The institute is designed to train participants in conflict analysis and resolution, to deepen their understanding of Catholic social thinking, and to establish a long-term network and build relationships between U.S.-based Catholic peacebuilders and their counterparts overseas.p.
