Harvard Law School dean and professor Martha Minow meets with Kroc Institute peace studies master’s student Patrick Otim, who is from Uganda.  Minow delivered the 16th annual Rev. Theodore M. Hesburgh, C.S.C., Lecture in Ethics and Public Policy at the Kroc Institute.
