Cardinal Theodore Edgar McCarrick, archbishop emeritus of Washington D.C., and Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., Notre Dame’s president, visit at the annual reception hosted by Notre Dame at the November meeting of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.
