Brother Borromeo Malley, CSC, served as the Director of Utilities at the Notre Dame Power Plant from 1937 to 1978. He supervised the construction and subsequent expansion of the facility. Brother Malley was also Notre Dame's Fire Chief from 1939 until about 1987.
